Packaging & Sustainability
As part of our commitment to reducing waste and supporting environmentally responsible practices, Everyday Extras, LLC may reuse clean boxes, packing materials, bubble wrap, air pillows, and other suitable shipping materials when preparing orders.
Reused packaging materials help reduce environmental impact while still providing adequate protection for your purchase during transit.
Product Packaging Condition
While we strive to ensure that all products are shipped in excellent condition, minor cosmetic imperfections to retail packaging may occasionally occur due to normal handling, storage, transportation, warehouse operations, supplier fulfillment processes, or shipping carrier handling.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us at support@everydayextras.store. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier claims when possible.
