Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Return Authorization
Before returning an item, please contact us at support@everydayextras.store with:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to assist with the resolution process.
If approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs may be covered by us.
For returns due to buyer preference, including ordering the wrong item, no longer wanting the item, or ordering by mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
